IDENTIFY CONTACT AREAS
Apply to any exposed areas likely to contact the ground during play. Depending on the sport and player, this may include the knees, elbows, forearms, thighs and hips.
SPRAY EVENLY
Hold the can approximately 10–15 cm from the skin and spray until the area is evenly coated. The aim is to cover the skin consistently rather than simply applying as much product as possible.
HAIRY LEGS: RUB IN WHILE WET
If applying to particularly hairy areas, the spray can sometimes sit on the hair rather than reaching the skin. While the product is still wet, gently rub it through the hair and onto the skin to ensure good coverage. Wash your hands after application if you have rubbed the product in.
ALLOW TO DRY
Apply approximately 5 minutes before activity to give Graze Guard time to dry and form its protective layer.
CHECK DURING PLAY
Graze Guard is designed to reduce friction at the skin–surface interface, but the protective layer can gradually wear with repeated ground contacts.
Check during natural breaks in play and reapply if required, particularly for players who have had frequent or repeated contact with the surface.
Half-time is a useful opportunity to check high-contact areas and top up where necessary.
AFTER ACTIVITY
Graze Guard can be washed from the skin using normal soap and water.
IMPORTANT
Do not apply Graze Guard to broken skin, existing grazes or open wounds.

Check high-contact areas. Reapply when needed.
